Was looking for the new Evolution D5 Maverick +4 when I ran across DFW carts in Forney. I met Sam who said he could bring one over from the other shop for me to see with no obligation to purchase it. Three weeks later with a custom paint job and easy financing it’s finally here ! Would definitely recommend them , they took time to make sure it was put back together properly and delivered on time.
Looked all over East Texas and DFW for a golf cart and DFW Golf Cart Warehouse was the only place that had any inventory.Keich and Kyle were more than happy to stay after normal business hours while I made the drive to their location and patiently answered all of my questions. The buying process was extremely easy and I had the cart loaded up and heading home within 30 minutes of deciding which cart I wanted.
DFW Golf carts made our purchase very easy! Keith was amazing! Very knowledgeable and explained things very well for a first time buyer. They had many carts in stock unlike other places I checked out. I would definitely recommend this place!
It was a pleasure working with DFW golf cart warehouse. They had a great process. My cart originally came with some issues, but Keith Moore was able to solve all of them and have a new cart delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend Keith Moore if you are looking for a golf cart give him a call. He will get you taken care of.
These guys are the best. I have been going to a major Golf Cart sales and service place in Plano, I won’t mention the name, but you can figure it out. Their prices are ridiculous. It cost me $200 just for transport and then they charge me a bunch of money for a simple repair. These guys come to you, they do great work at a reasonable price and they don’t add big margins for the parts.
These guys were awesome to do business with. Sam made everything too easy to buy a cart and get it delivered to me. Couldn't be happier with the service received.
Update: Sam contacted me and was able to contact the lithium battery company and get me a replacement battery quickly from the manufactureI purchased a very expensive lithium golf cart battery from here. It worked great for 2 years. Then it had issues and the battery would not work any more. I went to the store to talk to a employee and they said the only thing I could do is call the battery company. I tried calling the battery company for months. Emailed them several times and never got a response. Why would any company sell a product that they do not stand behind. I personally do not recommend buying anything from this business. And I do not see myself returning!!
