My wife and I purchased a golf cart from Keith at DFW Cart Warehouse last weekend, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning, Keith went above and beyond. He was able to modify the golf cart so it would fit in our garage, which was a huge plus for us, and he even had it delivered in just two days.
When the cart was delivered, his team did an outstanding job walking my wife through all of the features and showing her how to operate everything. They were patient, professional, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before they left.
What has impressed me the most is that Keith’s customer service didn’t stop after the sale. He has continued to be incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we’ve had, which is rare these days.

It was easy to setup, sent contract over, pricing was fair. Delivery in a timely manner. Cart worked great on Christmas parade. Will use them again when needed.

Bout 45 minutes after I walked thru the door i was the proud owner of a brand new cart. Folks were plenty friendly and knowledgeable of the product they sell. Great experience.

Was looking for the new Evolution D5 Maverick +4 when I ran across DFW carts in Forney. I met Sam who said he could bring one over from the other shop for me to see with no obligation to purchase it. Three weeks later with a custom paint job and easy financing it’s finally here ! Would definitely recommend them , they took time to make sure it was put back together properly and delivered on time.

I decided on our anniversary to surprise my wife with a new golf cart. I called around to several dealers in DFW and Sam took the time to answer all my questions and make recommendations that fit our needs. I made my buying decision on the phone and asked Sam if he could deliver our new cart to our house as a surprise the same day! He was busy and went the extra mile to surprise my wife and we couldn’t be happier. We also had a stereo system, lighting., and other extras installed and again Sam & Jason did an excellent job. If communication, and white glove service is what you’re seeking then buy your golf cart here. I have confidence if anything goes wrong Sam & Jason will be here to take care of us. Highly recommended.

Great experience so far! Sam and Jason are very responsive, professional and personable. They are prompt to respond to messages and requests. Service is great and any issues are dealt with promptly. The entire experience could not have been easier from start to finish. Purchased a Club Car Carryall 300 on Wednesday. Had it, with all upgrades, by Friday same week.
